An empty flat is hard to picture furnished, and a new build cannot be photographed until it exists. What the industry calls virtual home staging solves both with AI: it shows the property as it can look, starting from a photo, a render or the empty space.
At GROS we do this for real estate agencies, developers and interior design studios. Here is what can be done and what it takes to start.
What can be done with a photo of the property
- Renovations and Upgrades. Show the result of a renovation before it starts: to sell a property's potential or decide finishes with your client.
- Bring Spaces to Life. We add people to an empty space so it's clear how it's lived in. Your client sees themselves there before the visit.
- Building Materials. Try out finishes without making them. Each material is one image, to compare and decide.
- Photo Enhancement. We fix the light, sky, focus and angle of the real photo. Same space, a different picture.
And if the property does not exist yet
To sell off-plan there is Render to Real Photo: the render becomes an image you can't tell from a photograph, with believable light and materials.
The same, in video
- Furnish / Unfurnish. Four complete furnishings of one room and a 15-second video where it morphs from one to the next, without cuts. Or the other way round: the room, without its furniture.
- New Build Construction. On the empty plot the building rises until it lands exactly on its photo or render. 15 seconds.
- Home Tour. A character walks through the property telling what matters. Voice and character included.
- Real Estate Advertising Spot. The ad for a property or a development, with creative direction, voice, subtitles and character.
And for interior design
If what you sell is what fills the space (the furniture, the kitchen, the lamp), there are two images made for you. Studio: the furniture, the lamp or the taps on a clean, controlled background. And Styled Setting: the sofa in the living room, the taps in the bathroom, the kitchen in full swing, so people see where it fits.

Whatever you have: a phone photo, a render or the empty space. We send back images ready to sell.
How it is delivered
In a private online gallery. You review it, ask for changes on any piece and download the images as JPG, PNG or WebP and the videos as MP4. Every project includes two rounds of revisions, and what we produce for you is for the exclusive use of your brand.
